Project Sponsors — Get your hands dirty to see the change
One of the biggest challenge in the transformation and change is that the project sponsors are not aware of their responsibilties to drive a change.

They are under the impression that they have gotten the budget and understand that what this will deliver and their job is done.
Unfortunately, NO!!! The job is just getting started.
As a Change enabler, I hear this all the time, tell people, train people and its done. Why are people complaining? Why are you not telling them?
Fortunately, I am in a position who can enable the leaders and sponsors and take them on the journey first so that we can then join forces to take their teams and people on the journey.
The sponsor plays a critical role in change management. They are typically a senior leader or executive who has the authority and resources to support and champion the change initiative.
